Pickup from the pharmacy

Available at any pharmacy in the network, subject to full prepayment. Just specify the delivery method "Pickup from the pharmacy" and select the pharmacy where it will be convenient for you to pick up the order.

After the order is received at the pharmacy, a notification about the order's readiness for delivery will be sent to the phone number and e-mail specified during registration, from this moment the order storage period will be 7 days.

Delivery of orders to all pharmacies of the network is free of charge. Partial redemption, that is, the rejection of part of the goods upon receipt of the order, is impossible.

Pickup from the pharmacy

The tracking number and the name of the courier company, on whose website you can check the status of the shipment, will be available in the Personal account after placing the order. A representative of the courier company will contact you in advance to agree on the date and time interval of delivery.

Upon receipt of the order, check the integrity and contents of the package for compliance with the order.

The refusal can only be made from the entire order as a whole.

For observance of requirements of the Federal Law of 07.08.2001 No. 115-FZ "About Counteraction of Legalization (Washing) of Income Gained in the Criminal Way and to Terrorism Financing" at delivery of the order worth over 15,000 rubles the courier has the right to carry out your identification on the basis of the provided documents, having established at the same time the following data: surname, first name and patronymic (unless otherwise provided by law or national custom), citizenship, date of birth, identity document details, migration card data, document confirming the right of a foreign citizen or stateless person to stay in the Russian Federation, address of residence (registration) or place of stay, taxpayer identification number (if any).
